SHIPPING
We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible during working hours. You will receive a shipping email once your order has been shipped.
We use An Post to ship your order. We are so appreciative that you have chosen to support our small business and we hope you love your order as much as we do!
Your SongTales box will be safely packed in padded envelope. The box and envelope will not fit through a standard sized letterbox so if you are not at home to collect, your package may be delivered to your local post office for collection. Proof of delivery is not obtained. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on:
- our stock availability
- your delivery address
- circumstances impacting delivery by the postage service.
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification
You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.
It is your responsibility to report all lost or undelivered boxes within 7 days after dispatch date by email to hello@mysongtales.ie.
When a box hasn’t yet been delivered seven days after shipment day and the correct process is followed, a replacement box will be sent.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team on hello@mysongtales.ie. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery to Sheskin, Scotstown, Co. Monaghan, H18 CX21 and the product will be inspected. If we request recorded delivery then we will pay for the cost of the postage on provision of the postage receipt. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
